摘要

双碳目标是我国对世界的庄严承诺。煤化工产业属于高碳排放类产业,产能逐渐增加,探寻低碳化发展迫在眉睫。分析了现代煤化工产业发展的现状,认为现代煤化工对保障国家能源安全具有重要作用,其碳排放主要来源是工艺排放和燃烧排放,其中工艺排放可以通过改善产品结构、与新能源制氢耦合等途径解决,而燃烧排放可以通过电驱替代汽驱等方式解决,总体碳排放可以降低90%以上,建议产业探索通过创新工艺流程降低排放强度。

Abstract

The target of "emission peak" and "carbon neutrality" is Chinas solemn commitment to the world.Coal chemical industry is a high carbon dioxide emission industry, which is urgent to explore a development path for low carbon dioxide emission.Current development situation of modern coal chemical industry is analyzed, and it is deemed that modern coal chemical industry plays an important role in ensuring Chinas national energy security.The carbon dioxide emission of modern coal chemical industry mainly comes from process emission and combustion emission.Process emission can be solved by improving product portfolio and coupling with new energy to hydrogen production, while combustion emission can be solved by replacing steam drive by electric drive.The overall carbon dioxide emission can be reduced 90% at least.It is suggested to explore reducing emission intensity through innovating process.
